I've been running for exercise on and off for a few years.

I am training to run a marathon in December. I would love to qualify for Boston in the next 2 years.

I would love to run an Ultra!
Personal:
Married. 4 kids under the age of 8.
Felt pretty good today. My legs and injuries are much improved with this light week, but it has killed my motivation. I'll run 8-10 tomorrow, then up the mileage next week.
Ran fast my first 4, then was hurting the last 2, had to walk some.
Just 4 today. Just not in the groove this morning.
Was supposed to water run today with a friend that is injured, but it was cold and raining.
Felt good today. Plan to take a light week since mileage was high last week.
